Researching stocks can make a huge difference in the outcome of your trade. Having information on stock picks will reduce the hassle when a change has to be made. Other times, researching stocks can be an eye opener for other stocks or reason that may change how a trader feels about it.
Being good with numbers is a definite plus. A Bachelor’s is accounting is not necessary, however practice in the area will simplify the process. Traders look and understand numbers all day, if there is no practice in the area it may take more time.
Believe it or not, but the kind of a person a trader is will affect their trading outcome. Patience definitely needs to be a practiced emotion. No beginner can immediately call the game. Understanding that will reduce stress on the trader. Very importantly, an open-mind to learn will make a huge difference in the long run.
